To prevent your printer from printing a print-at-home ticket in A6 format as A4, you can follow these steps:
Adjust the print settings in the printer driver:
- Open the document with your print-at-home ticket.
- Go to the printing settings (usually found under “File” -> “Print” or by pressing “Ctrl + P”).
- Select your printer from the list.
- Click on “Properties” or “Settings” (this may be named differently depending on your printer model and software).
- Make sure the paper size is set to A6. This option is often found under a tab like "Paper/Quality" or "Advanced."
- Also check the scaling settings. Make sure the "Actual Size" or "No Scaling" option is selected so the ticket isn't enlarged to A4.
Adjust the paper size in the document itself:
- If you can edit the document (e.g., in a PDF editor), make sure that the paper size of the document itself is set to A6.
- You can do this in a PDF editor such as Adobe Acrobat or a similar program. Under “File” -> “Properties” -> ‘Description’ or “Page Size,” you can check the page size and adjust it if necessary.
Check print preview:
- Before printing the ticket, check the print preview to ensure that the document is displayed in the correct format.
- This gives you a good idea of how the ticket will actually be printed, allowing you to identify and correct any potential errors in advance.
Update printer software and drivers:
- Ensure that the printer software and drivers are up to date. Outdated software can sometimes cause problems with the print settings.
Set manual paper size:
- Some printers allow you to specify the paper size manually. Check the settings on your printer directly and make sure that A6 is selected as the paper size.
By following these steps, you should be able to print your print-at-home ticket correctly in A6 format.
As described in the terms and conditions, it depends on the reasons for the cancellation (e.g., force majeure). We always try to find an alternative date and will inform all guests about cancellations/postponements. However, as a rule, all payments will be refunded in full, including all fees, in the event of cancellation without replacement.
Please read the Terms and Conditions.
No, unfortunately, compensation is not possible in this case.
In the event of loss or theft of your printed ticket or the PDF version (someone has the PDF just like you), there are only two options.
1. Bring your confirmation email or the existing PDF file with you to the entrance.
2. You MUST ALWAYS have YOUR ID with you so that we can check your name against the guest list.
If you have simply forgotten or lost your ticket, we can certainly grant you access with your ID.
If a "thief" or "finder" of the ticket has already checked in, it will certainly be difficult. In this case, please come to the entrance control anyway and we will assess each situation individually.
In theory, of course, there is always the problem of attempted fraud by simply giving your card to someone else and then pretending to have lost the ticket in order to get in.
Sorry, but sold out is sold out.
Yes. The ticket can either be printed out or brought along on your smartphone and then scanned.
No problem.
The validity is always noted individually there.
